Renato Falchet

Handles contracts, corporate matters and the legal structure behind every business. Straight to the point, he focuses on unlocking deals and preventing problems before they become lawsuits.

He sees legal counsel as a growth partner for the company — not a cost that only shows up when something goes wrong.

Attorney registered with the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo section (OAB/SP 344.334 — the lawyer’s professional registration number), with postgraduate degrees in Business Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), in Succession Law from PUC-Campinas and in Human Sciences from PUCRS. Over a decade of experience in contracts, corporate law, trademarks and patents, data protection and digital law, with articles published in Brazilian newspapers and magazines. Fluent in English, he advises international clients establishing business in Brazil — a specialist in succession planning and business succession.

Attorney registered with the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo section (OAB/SP 428.777 — the lawyer’s professional registration number), graduated from the São Bernardo do Campo Law School, with postgraduate degrees in Real Estate Law from PUC/SP and in Succession Law from PUC-Campinas. She built her career in real estate law — property titling, adverse possession, contracts and litigation — and is a specialist in probate and estate administration. Author of articles in specialized media. Fluent in English.
